I couldn’t recommend more. I was in search of a martial arts school and did not quite know what discipline I wanted to follow. I filled out interest on the website and professor reached out right away and offered an assessment class to make sure it was a fit for both. Classes are small, egos are checked at the door and all levels are welcomed. I had no previous BJJ experience and have felt part of the community from the beginning. I have never felt pushed beyond my safety limits yet challenged constantly. The small class format gets us instant feedback from a black belt on improving our technique. I thoroughly enjoy this class and want to progress on my journey to black belt eventually. Thank you professor!
